摘 要:本文采用淀粉类衍生物作有机多功能酸络合剂的溶液合成法制备纳米钙钛矿La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x.通过透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析手段,研究了在100℃下蒸发、炭化及经400~1300℃不同温度下煅烧3h后的显微结构和相结构变化.结果表明:钙钛矿结构La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x相的形成温度为500℃,其形成温度低的原因可能是炭化后金属离子与其它离子或基团结合力较弱因而活性高.700℃是比较理想的煅烧温度,由此制得粉体结晶完整,且晶粒细小.晶粒尺寸20nm左右,颗粒尺寸为15~60nm.The nanometer perovskite oxide La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x was prepared by organic multifunctional acid based on a starch type of organic precursor.Xray diffraction analysis and transmission electron microscopic examination were used to investigate the crystal structrue and microstrucure changes of the samples which were charred at 100 ℃ and which were then calcined at temperatures from 400~1300 ℃.The results showed that the perovskite oxide La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x formed after the calcination for 3 hours at 500 ℃ and the calcination for 3 hours below 700 ℃ ensured complete crystallization of the perovskite type oxide La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x.
