摘  要:利用返回式卫星进行了微型蓝藻暹罗血腥藻的搭载实验,卫星在轨飞行共15天.通过卫星的遥测装置对微藻种群增长进行了观测,获得了暹罗鱼腥藻在空间飞行期间的实时生长曲线.其生长速度慢于地面对照;卫星返地后,对回收样品的气体组成、生理特性进行了分析,发现其气体组成与地面对照有很大的不同,搭载样品返地后的生长比对照明显减慢,但传代培养后两者生长速率趋同,搭载样品固氮酶活性明显高于对照,但光合放氧速率及光合荧光效率与对照差异不显著.A strain of microalga-Anabaena siamensis has been carried in retrievable satellite for 15 days. By means of remote sensing, the instant growth curve on microalga population in space which was obtained for the first time in the studies of space biology in China. The growth curve showed that the growth rate of the alga was slower than that of the ground control. After retrieved, the gas composition of the flighted culture has high O2 and high CO2. The first culture of the flighted microalga showed slower growth, but after several days the growth rates of the next cultrues were similar. The activity of nitrogenase of the flighted Anabaena was about 2 times higher than that of the colltrol, but the rate of oxygen release and photosynthesis fluorescence were of no dtherence.
