摘  要:利用返回式卫星搭载的“空间通用生物培养箱”进行了2种二元微生态系统(螺-自养藻及异养藻-自养藻)共3个组合的空间结构与功能的实验研究,第1种组合因生保条件不足,螺未能存活;第2种组合运行良好,其中的气体组份与大气中的组份相近;第3种组合基本运行正常,其中的异养藻仍具有捕食性.Two artificial microsystems were chosen to conduct a study on their structure and function in space: (1) small freshwater animal and autotrophical microalga, (2)heterotrophical microalgae and autotrophical algae, and they were further composed into three groups: Bulinus australianus +Chlorella, Poterioochromonas+ Chlorella, and Collodictyon+ synechococus, Mcrocystic, Carteria, Oscillatoria. The animal component in the first group died during space flight because of the shortage of life support condition; the second group run very well, its gas compositions were similar to that of atomosphere. The third group was established and the food-chain relationship between the heterotrophical and the autotrophical algae was set-up well.
