返回式卫星搭载暹罗鱼腥藻返地后的细胞学观察

摘　　要：本文采用暹罗鱼腥藻为实验材料，在利用返回式卫星进行搭载实验后，对其进行了普通光镜、荧光标记视察及电镜观察，并定量测定了返地鱼腥藻的DNA含量．结果发现搭载返地样品与地面对照有较明显差异．A strain of microalga-Anabaena siamensis had been carried in the retrievable satellite and travelled in space for 15 days to study the influence of space environment to the cytological structure of microalgae. After been retrieved, by means of light microscopic, electron microscopic and fluorescence dyeing observation, and the determination of DNA contents, obvious difference po found between the space flight and the ground control samples.
