摘　　要：在非惯性参考系中,讨论了牛顿第三定律是否成立的问题。This paper discusses if Newton's Third law is correct in non - inertial frame of rfer-ence, and we advance a result that Newton's Third law has nothing concerned with inertial frame of reference.
