摘　　要：济钢焦化厂对精苯车间的吹苯系统进行工艺技术改造，通过采取中止循环碱系统、串联预热器、串联使用已洗份槽、在吹苯塔顶部增设泡罩塔盘等措施，提高了产品质量，吨轻苯耗硫酸由87kg降至46kg，三苯收率由87．40％提高到88．41％。The process and technique reform for the blowing benzene system of the purified benzene shop ofthe coking plant of Jinan iron and steel group general corporation has ben carried out. Through taking somemeasures,such as adopting suspending cycle alkali system,caseading preheaters, cascading washed fraction tankfor use and adding bubble cap tower dish at the top of blowing blower,etc. the quality of product hasbeen increased ,the consumption of H2SO4 propuced 1 ton of light benezene has deen decreased from 87kg to46kg,and the output rate of three benzene bas been increased from 87. 40% to 88. 41 %.
