摘　　要：本文应用稳定流与非稳定流理论，对三峡水库蓄水后不同岩性段库岸边坡地带，地下水运移环境的变化趋势、过程及特征进行了预测与评价，并对由此而引起的环境地质问题和治理对策，进行了充分的分析与论证，为工程的建设和库区内工、农业布局提供了可靠的依据。By means of stability and nonstability pinciples,the essay,on one side,predicts and evaluates the changing trends,processes and features of the slopes with different lithologic banks as well as the groundwater moving environment after the Three-Gorge Reservoir stores water;on the other side,the essay also fully analyses and demonstraties the following environmental geologic problems and the corresponding solving methods,so as to provide reliable evidence for the project-constructing and the distributing of indusity and agriculture within the Reservoir.
