摘  要:本试验应用熏蒸浸取法测定了4种不同植被覆盖下的红壤微生物生物量碳、氮,土壤微生物生物量碳、氮分别为土壤全碳的1.31%~3.53%和土壤全氮的1.22%~5.01%,并分别为0.5mol^(-1)K_2SO_4提取碳、氮的0.56~1.25倍和0.22~1.49倍,是土壤生物有效养分重要的源和汇。单一的马尾松和小叶栎植被覆盖下的土壤微生物生物量碳、氮大于混合林地和荒地,混合林地又大于荒地;土壤微生物生物量碳、氮夏季大于春季,并且两者有随植被覆盖年限逐年增加的趋势。Soil Microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were measured in a red soil under four different types of vegetation(wasteland,masson pine forest,then oak forest,and their mixed forest)by a fumigation-extraction method.Microbial biomass carbon was 1. 31%~3.53% of the total soil organic carbon and 1.25 times of 0.5M K_2SO_4-extractable carbon.Microbial biomass nitrogen was 1.22%~5.01% of the total soil nitrogen and 0. 22~1.49 times of K_2SO_4-extractable nitrogen.Soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen in the masson pine forest and in the chen oak forest were significantly higher than these in the mixed forest and unplanted land.They were significantly larger in summer than in ear- ly spring,and increased with tree growth.
