摘 要:以秋黄切菊花为材料,研究了不同供钾水平对菊花体内物质运转和品质的影响。试验结果表明:三种不同供钾水平(K_130mg·L^(-1),K_220mg·L^(-1),K_3400mg·L^(-1)),K_2处理株高、花茎、花枝鲜重及花序干物重在盛花期明显优于 K_1和 K_3;K_1处理因供钾不足,菊花株高增长缓慢,蕾期、盛花期分别比 K_2和 K_3延迟2d 和1d;K_3因供钾水平过高,反使体内糖分、钙、镁和干物质的累积速率低于 K_2,糖分累积比 K_2延长了6d,但有利于延缓菊花的衰老、茎增粗及脚叶养护。This paper discusses the effects of different amount of K(K_1 30 mg K·L^(-1),K_2 200 mg·L^(-1),K_3 400 mg·L^(-1))on chrysanthemum growth and quality.It is found that supply 200 mg·L^(-1)chrysanthemum results in high plant,large flower and dry matter content.Chrysanthemum supplying with 30 mg·L^(-1)grows slowly,and its budding and flowering stage delays for 2 and 1 day comparing with supplying 200 and 400 mg·L^(-1)re- spectively.The plant growing in 400 mg·L^(-1)shows that accumulation rate of Ca,Mg, carbohydrates and dry matter than that in K_2.Its carbohydrates accumulation time lasts 6 days longer than that of K_2.However,the plant with K_3 has a large stem and alive low leaves,and its flower last longer than K_1 and K_2.
