围栏封育与自由放牧对暗栗钙土腐殖酸光学特性的影响

摘  要:通过对暗栗钙土的腐殖酸进行红外光谱分析,发现在羊草草原上,经过8~10年的围栏禁牧,栗钙土表层腐殖酸的羟基、羧基的吸收峰与吸光度比在自由放牧或过度放牧条件下的高;而在1600~1660cm 处的吸收则相反。说明尽管腐殖酸的性质和结构比较稳定,但由于长时间的人为措施的影响,腐殖酸的红外光谱发生了比较明显的变化。The i.r.spectra of the humus from sombr catasnozemes soil is determined.It is found that although humus property and structure is stable its i.r.spectra does change due to human interference on the soil.More OH and COOH groups but less absorbance in 1600~1600 cm wave are obtained in the surface meadow soil without grazing for 8~10 years than with free grazing and over-grazed soil.It may indicate that the functional groups containing oxygen change easily under grazing in the meadow soil.
