Pathological Study of Wound Healing after Intermingled Transplantation of Auto-alloskin Grafts in Full-thickness Burn Rats

摘  要:应用光镜和偏光显微镜定期观察26例Ⅲ度烧伤大鼠施行异体-自体皮肤混合移植后皮肤活检的病理形态改变。结果表明:皮肤混合移植愈合过程中排异反应较轻,出现创面小。早期主要通过肉芽组织新生,Ⅲ型胶原纤维形成和自体表皮再生扩展,使创面愈合。而异体真皮深层残存胶原纤维可在体内存留较长时间而不被排斥,亦不影响愈合过程。文中对其排异反应表现、异体真皮转归等问题进行了分析和讨论。Skin biopsies were taken on 26 rats with experimental extensive full- thickness burns and intermingled transplantation of auto-alloskin. The pathological changes of the skin were observed by means of light and polarizing microscopes. The results indicate that after intermingled transplantation the rejection is relatively slight and the wound is small. In the early phase the healing of the wound is achieved by growing of granulation tissue, forming of type Ⅲ collagen, and regeneration and extension of the autoepithelium. The remnant collagen fibers in deep dermis of allografts remain for a long time without being rejected, and have no negative impacts on the healing process. The characteristics of rejective reactions, outcome of the allodermis and other related topics are discussed.
