男性Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清SHBG浓度的检测及相关因素分析

摘　　要：检测了19例男性非胰岛素依赖型(Ⅱ型)糖尿病患者和10例年龄和体重指数(BMI)相匹配的糖耐量正常的男性对照组血清性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)浓度,两组间SHBG浓度无明显差异〔分别为(31.25±15.34)nmol/L和(37.08±16.1 5)nmol/L,P>0.05〕;在糖尿病组内,年龄和BMI分别与SHBG呈显著相关性(两者分别为r=0.54,P<0.01和r=-0.46,P<0.05),逐步回归分析发现年龄和BMI对SHBG影响最大。从而说明Ⅱ型糖尿病本身对男性SHBG浓度无明显影响。Serum sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) levels in nineteen men with type 2 diabetes and in ten men with normal glucose tolerance test, matched in age and body mass index (BMI), were determinat- ed. No significant difference was found between the two groups in SHBG levels 〔(31.25 ± 15.34) nmol/L, ( 37.08 ± 16.15) nmol/L, respectively, P>0. 05〕. Within the diabetic group, SHBG level was significantly positively correlated with age (r=0. 54, P<0. 01) and negatively correlated with BMI (r=-0.46, P< 0.05), stepwise regression analysis found that age and BMI were the two independent correlating factors to SHBG. In conclusion, type 2 diabetes per se does not have an obvious influence on serum SHBG level in male subjects.
