应用核素显像方法观察大鼠缺血后残肝有效血流量变化及丹参的影响

摘  要:放射性核素显像测定大鼠肝部分切除后残肝有效血流量,并观察应用丹参后对其残肝血流量的影响。30只大鼠随机分成3组:单纯切肝组(对照组)、缺血组、缺血应用丹参治疗组(丹参组)。术前、术后1h、1、3、7d分别测定残肝血流量变化。结果表明,缺血组较对照组残肝血流量减少更显著(P<0.01);应用丹参后残肝血流量得到明显改善,并于1周恢复术前水平。核素显像测定肝血流量具有方法简单、准确、无创等特点。提示丹参可能具有改善残肝微循环、增加其有效血流量的作用。The effective blood flow of remnant liver (EBFL) were determined with radionuclide scintig- raphy in 30 rats before and after partial hepatectomy. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : control group (A), ischemia group (B) and labiatae treated group (C). The effective blood flow of remnant liver were determined at lh, lst, 3rd, 7th day postoperatively. The results showed that EBFL of group B were lower than that of group A. However, EBFL of group C were significantly improved and returned to preoper- ative levels at 7th postoperative day. It is suggested that radionuclide scintigraphy may provide a non-inva- sire, simple and accurate method to determine EBFL. The labiatae may improve microcirculation of ischemic remnant liver and increase its effective blood flow.
