烟酸对体外草酸钙结晶生长抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：采用放射性示踪的草酸钙结晶生长动力学模型,研究了烟酸对草酸钙结晶生长的抑制作用。结果表明,在亚稳过饱和液内,两种不同浓度的烟酸(高浓度为5g/L,低浓度为1g/L)均对草酸钙结晶生长有较强的抑制作用,抑制时间达80min。Inhibitory effects of nicotinic acids on calcium oxalate crystal growth were studied by using a model of calcium oxalate monohydrate crystallization kinetics, in which isotope ^(45) Ca-CaCl_2 could be traced. The results showed that two different concentrations of nicotinic acids (5 g/L and 1 g/L) strongly inhibited the growth of calcium oxalate crystals, respectively, in metastable supersaturated solution of cacium oxalate, with inhibitory time lasting 80 minutes.
