免疫转印法检测突聋及梅尼埃病患者血清中抗内耳组织自身抗体

摘　　要：应用免疫转印法检测了15例突聋患者及8例梅尼埃病患者血清中抗内耳组织自身抗体，发现4例突聋患者（4／15）、2例梅尼埃病患者（2／8）血清中存在抗内耳自身抗体，说明自身免疫因素（体液免疫）在部分突聋及梅尼埃病患者的发病机制中起一定的作用。Using the Western blot technique, the immunoreactivity of sera from patients with sudden deafness and Meniere's disease with guinea pig inner ear antigen was determined. Subjects without hearing disorders served as controls. Twenty-six percent of patients with sudden deafness and 25% of the patients with Meniere's disease had antibodies that reacted with the inner ear antigens. The results showed that au-toimmune activity may play a role in the development of some cases of these disease.
