中药乳宁冲剂对实验性兔乳腺组织增生的影响

摘　　要：中药乳宁冲剂能调摄冲任、疏肝活血，对异常雌、孕激素刺激造成的兔乳腺组织增生有明显的抑制作用。异常雌性激素的刺激可能主要通过雌激素受体（ER）及孕激素受体（PR）的介导引起兔乳腺组织增生，而乳宁冲剂对实验性兔乳腺组织增生的抑制作用可能是通过降低乳腺组织ER、PR含量．使乳腺组织对雌性激素的敏感性下降而实现的。It was demonstrated that runing decoction had the function of regulating the Chong and Ren channels, soothing the liver and promoting blood circulation, obviously inhibiting rabbit's mastoplasia in-duced by stimulation of abnormal hormones. We suggest that estrogen receptors (ER) and progesterone re-ceptors (PR ) may be the medium between the stimulation of abnormal hormones and the hyperplasia of mam-mary gland. The mechanism of runing decoction on rabbit's mastoplasia may be chiefly due to the inhlbitionof the sensitivitv of ER and PR in mammary cell to hormones.
