摘  要:对铬浸出渣(以下简称铬渣)制取自熔性烧结矿以去除铬酸离子进行了研究,并对铬渣烧结过程中铬酸离子还原的热力学条件和再氧化进行了热力学计算。由实验室实验和18m2抽风带式烧结机试验的结果得出,用铬渣作熔剂制取自熔性烧结矿能彻底将铬渣中的铬酸离子还原解毒(铬酸离子的还原脱除率高达99.9%),并且能有效地防止三价铬的再氧化,是目前铬渣治理方法中技术经济效益最佳的工艺之一。The removal of chromic acid ions from chromic extracting slag was studied by using the slag as flux to produce fluxedagglomerate. The thermodynamic calculation of reduction and reoxidation of chromic acid ions in the sintering process of chromic slag was carried out. The experimental results from the lab. and an 18 m2 plate down  draught sintering machine show that the process of making fluxed  agglomerate can remove completely the poisonous chromic acid ions from chromic extracting slag and prevent effectively the trivalent chromic ions from the reoxidation. The removal ratio of chromic acid ions reached up to 99.9 %. It is one of the disposal process of chromic extracting slag that can achieve better economic and technological benefits.
