摘　　要：乳牛代谢性骨病是对奶牛业危害性极大的疾病.从所测血液多项常见及特殊的生化指标在建康牛与病牛的差异中发现,本病血钙降低,血磷升高,AKP降低,血钾降低,羟脯氨酸降低,维生素D升高,但DHCC降低,碱储降低等.提出了诊断依据和疾病的病性、发生的病因、代谢变化及防治的方向等.Bone metabolic disease of daity cattle is a disease of high incidence, not yet being prevented and cured comptelely. It does harm to business of dairy cattle. Based on the difference of healthy and sick dairy cattle in many blood routine and special biochemistry analyses, the study showed that decrease of serum calciumin, alkaline phosphatase, hydroxyproline, DHCC and alkaline reverse, increase of serum phosphorus and vitamin D. All these provide the basis for diagnosis, nature and cause of disease, metabolic change and maim way of prevention and cure, ect.
