摘　　要：本文就农业院校的科技开发和校办产业的发展现状进行了探讨,分析了发展过程中存在的主要问题,并对21世纪农业院校科技开发和校办产业承担的基本任务,指导思想和主要措施提出建议.In this essay, the present situations about the development of Sci-tech and the university-run enterprises was discussed. Aanalyzes the major problems, and made suggestions in accordance with the guiding ideology and main measures of the main tasks should take in 21st century.
