A Lumping Kinetic Model for Catalytic Reforming

摘　　要：ＡＬｕｍｐｉｎｇＫｉｎｅｔｉｃＭｏｄｅｌｆｏｒＣａｔａｌｙｔｉｃＲｅｆｏｒｍｉｎｇＣｈｅｎｇＧｕｏｘｉａｎｇ，ＴａｎＨａｎｓｈｅｎ，ＨｏｎｇＥｎｓｈａｎ（ＦｕｓｈｕｎＲｅｓｅａｒｃｈＩｎｓｔｉｔｕｔｅｏｆＰｅｔｒｏｌｅｕｍａｎｄＰｅｔｒｏｃｈｅｍｉｃ...A 13 lumping kinetic model for complex reaction network was developed for catalytic reforming over a Pt Re dimetallic reforming catalyst containing 0.15 wt% Pt supported by γ Al 2O 3. Kinetic reaction parameters were estimated by Powell's method based on the experimental data obtained from a plug flow micro reactor. A reactor model involving energy conservation for all reactions was also developed for both axial and radial reactors. The model was verified by the product distribution taken from a pilot plant with four adiabatic reactors in series. Predicted results agreed well with the experimental data.
