藻酸双酯钠对大鼠阿霉素肾病的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察藻酸双酯钠（ＰＳＳ）对大鼠阿霉素肾病（ＡＮ）保护作用并探讨其作用机理。方法采用大鼠尾静脉注射阿霉素制备大鼠ＡＮ模型，观察大鼠尿蛋白排泄量、全血比粘度和红细胞电泳时间，并用荧光法检测大鼠肾皮质谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）活性。结果ＰＳＳ可降低ＡＮ大鼠尿蛋白排泄量及血胆固醇含量，使肾皮质ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活性增加。结论ＰＳＳ对大鼠ＡＮ有保护作用，其作用机理可能与其降血脂、抗凝、降低血粘度和促进氧自由基的清除等作用有关。Objective To study the protective effect of polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) in the rat model of adriamycin nephrosis (AN) and its mechanism.Methods The AN model was established by injecting adriamycin into the tail vein. Urinary protein, blood viscosity and electrophoresis time of red blood cell were determined conventionally. The renal cortical glutathine peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity was measured by fluorescence technique.Results PSS decreased proteinuria and hypercholesterolemia and increased the activity of GSH-PX in AN rats.Conclusion PSS has protective effects in AN rats, of which the mechanism may be related to reducing blood hyperviscosity and lipidemia, and enhancing the renal GSH-PX activity to scavenge oxygen free radicals.
