摘　　要：主要依据嫩江、第二松花江及拉林河出口站历次大洪水的组合，分析哈尔滨市区堤防超标准洪水发生的可能性，并提出采取的应急措施。? Based on the data of flood observation at the mouths of Nenjiang river,the second Songhuajiang river and Lalin river,the possibilitise of flood occurrence for the dyke designed in hyperstandard in Harbin city have been analyzed,in this paper ,and the corresponding measures for emergency of flood control has been put forward.
