摘　　要：拇指旋转撕脱性离断外伤机制特殊 ,伤情重 ,再植后易于出现各种血管危象 ,导致手术失败 ,因此术后密切观察 ,及时处理各类血管危象至关重要。自 1 989年以来 ,收治 9例患者 ,成活 7例 ,失败 2例 ,远期随访患者外形、功能良好。The injury mechanism of rotated avulsive severed thumb is very special,the condition is very critical,postoperative vascular crisis may bring about the failure of operation,so it's important to observe and manage these vascular crisis.Since 1989,we have received 9 cases,survived 7 cases,2 failed,distal follow up show proper figure and good function.This article emphasize postoperative clinical observation and nursing.
