0.75%碘酊消毒瓶塞后针头穿刺最佳时间的研究

摘　　要：用 0 .75%碘酊消毒青霉素钠的瓶塞 2 4 0支 ,分为 A、B、C、D四组 ,分别观察其 5s、1 0～60 s、90～ 2 70 s、30 0～ 360 s的消毒效果 ,结果表明以 1 0～ 60 s为最好 ,但在实验过程中观察到 2 0 s内碘酊尚未完全蒸发 ,易将少量碘酊随针头带入液体中 ,故以 40bottle lids of sodium penicilin were sterillized by0 .75iodine tincture, they were divided into A,B,C,D four groups,then they were tested the sterillization re- sult after5s,1 0 -2 0 s,90 -2 70 s,30 0 -360 s.The cconclusion is:1 0 -60 s group show the best result,but iodine tincture didn'tvapourize untill2 0 s later,that leads to iodine tinc- ture into the liquid,so4 0 s in the best duration time.
