体外反搏在治疗糖尿病肾病中的应用及护理

摘　　要：采用电脑控制 WFB- IV增强型体外反搏装置对 40例糖尿病肾病患者在原治疗方案的基础上进行体外反搏治疗 ,对治疗前后尿 AER、尿β2 - MG及血糖等指标的观察 ,结果发现上述指标都有明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,临床症状好转 ,说明体外反搏治疗糖尿病肾病有一定疗效。We have treated4 0 cases diabetic nephropathy patients with computerized WFB-IV intensified external counterpulsation systems besides normal theraputic meth- ods,then we measured such index as urine AER,β-μG and blood glucose.The result show that they all droped significantly,their clinical manifestation show better.This in- dicate that the external counterpulsation may do good to diabetic nephropathy patients and we undergo a serries of deeper discussion about its nursing.
