蓖麻油餐用于引产的临床营养学研究

摘　　要：晚期妊娠入院待产者74例服用蓖麻油餐引产,64例引产成功,总有效率为86％。宫颈条件成熟与否直接关系到引产能否成功,Bishop评分>7分组引产成功率明显高于<6分组,且分娩顺利。已有不规律宫缩及胎膜早破者的临床时间明显小于无产兆者。74 patients of late pregnancy took castor oil diet during induction of labor, 64 cases acquired satisfactory results,effective rate is 86%.Ripement of Cervix condition is related to succesful induction of labor,the group with more than 7 bishop marks show higher effective rate. The group with irregular uterus contraction and premature rupture of fetal membrane took less time than no contraction group.
