1972例50岁以上农民原发性低血压的现况调查

摘　　要：对安徽省巢湖市1972例50a以上农民血压水平进行检查，结果表明，在50a以上的农民中，原发性低血压的患病率为6．80％，其中老年期农民原发性低血压的患病率为5．12％，显著低于老年前期农民（P＜0．05）的8．72％。原发性低血压的患病率随年龄增加而下降，女性低于男性（P＜0．05）。研究提示，老年原发性低血压患病率变动趋势与老年原发性高血压相反。A cross-sectional study was made,and the blood pressure of 1 972 peasants over 50 years old was measured in Chaohu County, Anhui Province, in order to explore the distribution of essential hypotension in 0ld people. The results showed that the morbidity 0f essential hypotension among the peasants was 6. 80%, and the morbidity of 50～60 age group is lower than that of 7O～age group. The morbidity of essential hypotension was higher in males than in females,and decreased with age. The study indicated that the trend of essential hypotension was opposite to essential hypertension in old people.
