疫区人群血吸虫特异性抗体IgE动态变化及影响因素的研究

摘  要:用IHA法对湖北汉川县血吸虫病中度流行区3个村3~70岁人群进行特异性抗体IgE检测,对IHA阳性者检测IgE基线水平。吡喹酮化疗后3~7个月检测期终IgE水平。完成IHA阳性期终观察115人,其中化疗组84人,未化疗组31人;前者lgE阴转率78.57%,明显高于后者的阴转率24.14%,IgE的GMT下降幅度亦明显高于后者,结果显示化疗是致IgE水平下降的因素。Logistic回归分析发现,两组影响lgE动态的共同因素是啥酸性粒细胞计数(EOSCUT)和疫水接触指数(WCI)。IHA test was conducted for 3~70 year age population of 3 villages suffering moderate endemic of Schistosomiasis Japonicum in Hanchuan County, Hubei Province- Basic level of specific IgE antibody of persons whose IHA was positive was investigated. An observed-end-level of IgE survey was carried out after 3~7 month chemotherapy with praziquantel' Total 115 subjects in this study were followed up, including 84 subjects chemotherapy group, and 31 nonchemotherapy group. The negative-turning rate of the former was 78. 5%, markedly higher than that of the latter, which was 24. 14% (P<0.01). The dropped degree in GMT of IgE was also higher than nonchemotherapy group. This showed that chemotherapy was the factor leading to the dropping of IgE level. Logistic regression analysis with multiple factors showed that two common factors for the two groups were eosinophil cells count (EOSCUT) and water contact index (WCI).
