摘 要:对全国143个调查点1984~1986年各种食物摄入现况调查资料和脑中风发病率资料(框架人群5814851)进行了逐步回归分析,结果表明维生素B2、蛋白质摄入量与脑中风发病率呈负相关(P<0.01),磷、锌、维生素A摄入量与脑中风发病率呈正相关(P<0.01)。提示膳食营养结构对脑中风发病有一定影响。研究结果对脑中风病因学研究和人群预防提供了有益的线索。By force of stepwise regression analysis, we analysed the relation .between diet and the incidence rate of stroke (sample size being 5 8l4 851) from 1984 to 1986 in 143 survey areas in China. The results show as follows: There is a negative association between Vitamin B2 intake and the incidence rate of stroke (P<0.01). As such, a similar relation between dietary protein intake and the incidence rate of stroke exists (P<0.01). By contraries, there is a Positive association between phosphorus, zinc or Vitamin A intake and the incidence rate of stroke (P<0. 01). The results, which indicate that the dietary factors have some influence on the incidence of stroke, afford some helpful cues for stroke research in aetiology and population-based prevention.
