吡哌酸骨架散的制备及其药效学研究

摘　　要：以吡哌酸为主药辅以高分子固体载体,利用固体分散技术制成吡哌酸骨架型外用散剂——吡哌酸骨架散。体外抗菌试验及体内药效学实验表明,吡哌酸骨架散对局部感染的常见致病菌有明显的抑菌和杀菌作用,优于磺胺结晶及庆大霉素。用药后创面不用包扎,能自行形成薄膜,为理想的战伤抗菌消炎新剂型。Pipemidic acid matrix powder, containing pipemidic acid and high molecular weight solid carriers was prepared according to the solid dispersion principle. The results showed that the activity of pipemidic acid matrix powder both in vitro and vivo was much better than those of sulfanilamide and gentamycin in antibacterial inflamation and indicated that pipemidic acid has remarkable inhibitant and bactericidal function for the common pathogenic bacteria of lo-cal infection. Pipemidic acid matrix powder could form a thin menbrane on the surface of the wound. So it was unnecessary to have any bandage. It is an ideal antibacterial preparation for war wounds.
