摘　　要：近年来全世界不锈钢生产与消费增长很快，生产技术不断发展。据预测，到本世纪末全世界不锈钢将处于产大于消。而我国不锈钢的生产不仅产能低、设备装备水平差，而且在产品质量、品种结构等方面都存在很多问题，近年来自给率不足50％。世界上主要不锈钢生产国都把目标瞄准了中国，必然会对我国不锈钢的发展带来强烈的冲击，加大我国不锈钢工业的发展力度，使我国不锈钢工业在较短时期有大的发展刻不容缓。In recent years the production and consumption of stainless steel all over the world arefast increased, and the production technology for it is advanced continuously. According to prediction,the output of stainless steel will be in excess over the consumption in the wold by the end of thiscentury. In contrast to this situation, the industry of stainless steel in China is facing a number ofproblems such as low production capacity, obsolete equipments, poor product quality and improperproduct structure. China's self-sufficiency in stainless steel in recent years is less than 50%. Theprincipal stainless steel producing countrie in the word are aiming at the Chinese markets, which willinevitably exert an impact on the development of stainless steel industry in this country. It is therefore ingreat urgency to strengthen the industry in China, and thus to make it stronger in not too long a time.
