摘  要:应用流式细胞技术,观察了 EGF、IGF—I和 TNF—α对 UMR106细胞周期变化的影响.结果发现,生理剂量的EGF和IGF—I处理细胞12小时后,使S期细胞较对照明显增加;而TNF—α的作用则相反.提示上述因子对细胞增殖的调节作用均与细胞DNA合成有关.In the experiment, rat osteoblastsarcoma cell line, UMR106, was used to study the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF), insulin - like growth factor I( IGF - I) and tumor necrosis factor a(TNF - α) on the regulation of cell prolifertion. UMR106 cells were treated with EGF (l0ng/ml) for 12 hours. It was revealed that the percentage of cells in S stage increased from 51.1% to 72.0% whereas in IGF - I (10-8mol/L), It increased form 48.2 % t0 66.0 % . In the case of TNF - a, the percentage of cells in S stage decreased from 49.3 % to 22.6 % . This process may be involved in the iniation of cellular DNA synthesis
