摘　　要：　防渗墙属重要隐蔽工程,在小江水库主坝塑性混凝土防渗墙施工监理质量控制方面,监理工程师结合工程实际,帮助施工单位解决了施工中几个技术难题,在确保工程质量上,起到了重要的作用。Anti_seepage wall is a important concealed work. The supervisor engineer played an important role in the guarantee of engineering quality by helping the construction company solve several technical problems occurred during the construction of plastic concrete anti_seepage wall of Xiaojiang reservoir main dam.
