摘　　要：目的:提高胫骨多段骨折的治疗效果,寻找一种治疗胫骨多段骨折的新方法。方法:应用本院研制的单平面组合式外固定器,采取每一骨块均穿针外固定(对斜形骨折或蝶形骨折穿半针,通过半针侧顶,使其复位固定)的方法,治疗胫骨多段骨折20例,其中闭合骨折8例,开放骨折12例。结果:1例四段骨折者,分上、下两段愈合,中间骨不连接,二次手术植骨治愈。6例骨延迟愈合者,经2次～3次调整压力后,于130～220天获骨愈合,其他骨愈合时间60～220天。X线测量,4例有10°以内成角,无其他并发症。结论:外固定器治疗胫骨多段骨折,能提高骨愈合率,能使伤肢功能得到较好恢复。Objective: In order to improve the theroputic result of tibial francture of multiple segments, we have found a new method. Methods: We apply the single-plane and combinative external fixation designed imself in 20 cases, which indued 8 closed and 12 open fractures, and fix every segments by osseous pin. (The oblique fracture and butterfly fracture can be reducted and fixed by half pin with lateral pressure. Results: In a fracutre of four segments, the lower and upper heal first, the middle of nonution heal by bone grafting. 6 cases of delayed union heal in 130~220 days after abjusting pressure of external fixation for 2 - 3 times. The others heal in 60-220 days. To x -ray, there are no other complication except for 4 cases with angulation deformity below 10. Conclusion: The treatment of tibial fracture of multiple segments by external fixation can improve the healing rate of it and recover the fuction of wounded limb.
