摘　　要：目的　探讨Apofix椎板钩在寰枢椎不稳治疗中的价值和作用。方法　对 8例寰枢椎不稳患者行寰枢椎后路融合 ,并采用Apofix椎板钩内固定。结果　随访 6～ 2 8个月 ,所有病例均获得骨性愈合。结论　Apofix椎板钩操作安全 ,可提供有效的寰枢椎节段稳定性 ,适用于寰枢椎不稳患者的治疗。Objective To study the application of Apofix interlaminar clamp in the treatment of atlantoaxial instability.Methods 8 patients with atlantoaxial instability were treated with posterior atlantoaxial fusion and Apofix fixation.Results The patients were followed up postoperatively for 6～28 months.All patients had solid osseous unions.Conclusion It is safe to use Apofix interlaminar clamp.Apofix can provide reliable stability for the atlantoaxial segment.It is suitable for the treatment of atlantoaxial instability.The preoperative anatomic reduction is important measure for successful operation.
