单臂外固定器结合肌皮瓣转移治疗严重胫腓骨开放骨折

摘　　要：目的　报道单臂多功能外固定器结合腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣转移治疗严重胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法　采用多功能单臂外固定器结合腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣转移治疗严重胫腓骨开放粉碎性骨折 36例 (38肢 )。结果　 36例患者随访 8～ 2 8个月 ,创面、骨折全部愈合 ,无骨髓腔感染及骨折不愈合发生。Objective To report the clinical effect of treatment of severe open fracture in tibia and fibula with single arm external fixture and medial sural graft transplation.Methods 36 patients(38 limbs)who suffered severe open fracture of tibia and fibula,were treated with single arm external fixture and medial sural graft transplation.Results Following up on 2～28 months,81.58 percent Limbs were healed by the fine,18.42 percent limbs were healed delayed.No one gave rise to medullary infection and nonunion of fracture.The time of fracture healed was 12～20 weeks,average 16 weeks.Conclusion It is a practically method to treat severe open fracture in tibia and fibula with single arm external fixture and medial sural graft transplation.
