摘 要:本试验采用聚丙酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳,研究了正常草鱼和温和气单胞菌感染的草鱼的肝脏、肾脏、心脏、鳃及血清的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶。研究结果表明:正常草鱼和被感染草鱼的LDH同工酶谱均具有组织和器官特异性;被感染草鱼的LDH同工酶酶谱显然不同于正常草鱼的LDH同工酶酶谱,温和气单胞菌能引起草鱼LDH同工酶酶谱发生特异性变化。By using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the changes of LDH isozymes in the kidney, Liver, heart, gill and blood serum of grass carp infected with Aeromonas sobria were studied. It was shown that the electroporelogran of LDH isozymes in both the health and diseased exhibited a tissue specific expression. The electrophorelogran of LDH isozymes in infected grass carp was different from that of grass carp in health. Aeromonas sobria can cause the specific expression of LDH isozymes in grass carp.
