应用无应力遮挡外固定器治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折

摘　　要：目的　按照无应力遮挡原理 ,设计一种治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的新型的无应力遮挡的外固定器 ,使其取得更佳的临床疗效。方法　应用该外固定器治疗 2 2例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者。结果　 2 2例术后随访 3个月至 1.5年 ,骨折解剖对位 ,愈合 ,功能完全恢复 ,无任何并发症和后遗症。结论　本外固定器不仅具有微创、固定可靠、早期关节活动及无须行内固定取出术、操作简便安全、并发症少等优点 ,同时还具有设计原理新颖 ,拓展性强等特点。从骨折治疗的进展看 。Objective An external fixator was designed for curing the ulna olecranon fracture according to the principle of non-stress shelter.Methods Non-stress Shielding external fixator was used in 22 clinical ulna olecranon fracture cases.Results Clinical follow-up survery from 3 to 18 months, the patients had attained bone healing with anatomic paraposition, the elbow function complete recoved, and without any complication or sequela.Conclusion The new non-stress Shielding external fixator has the virtue of minimally invasive, fixation reliable, earlier joint functional training and need not remove the internal fixator, operation convenient and less complication.The external fixator design principl accord to the doctrine of Biological Osteosynthesis (BO) and can be used in other fracture.
