折断式加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨采用折断式加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折疗效和术式关键。方法　采用 3根带尾折断螺钉内固定股骨头 ,第 1根于大粗隆下 3cm处经股骨皮质内缘向股骨头方向拧入 ;第 2根于大粗隆下约 2 cm处向股骨头顶端方向拧入 ;第 3根于大粗隆下约 1cm处股骨颈上缘骨皮质下股骨头方向拧入。结果　 36例中骨折愈合对位良好 33例 ,骨折畸形愈合 3例 ,总优良率 92 %。结论　用 3根折断式加压螺钉能有效地固定股骨颈骨折。防止股骨头旋转和移位 ,骨折端相嵌牢靠 ,促进骨折愈合 ,疗效良好 。Objective Study on the curative effect and key of fracture of neck of femur internal fixation with fracting pressure screw.Methods 36 cases of fracture of neck of femures were cured.The heads of femurs were fixed with 3 Fracting Pressure screws, the 1st screw was twisted from 3 cm below the great tuberosity of femur, through the cortex margin of neck of femur to the head of femur.2nd twisted from 2 cm below the great tuberosity to the top of head of femur.3 rd, twisted from 1 cm below the great tuberosity, under the upper corter margin of neck of femur, to the head of femur.Results 36 cases all were knitting, but 3 cases deformity.The rate of superior was 92 %.Conclusion It was suggested that the Fracture of neck of femur could be efficientivety fixed with 3 Fracting Pressure screw, its bone stump might be closely fixated without remove or turn round, so it was good for bone union.This method was easy and simple, especialy for the comon hospital.
