摘　　要：目的　研究经皮克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效。材料与方法　本组病例 5 0例 ,其中男2 2例 ,女 2 8例。平均年龄 5 2岁 (16～ 86岁 )。骨折分类 :Colles′骨折 36例 ;Barton骨折 10例 ;Smith骨折 4例。手术方法　 C臂 X线透视下手法整复满意后 ,由桡侧向尺侧作经皮 3～ 4根克氏针内固定。结果　本组 6 3例 ,5 0例获随访 ,平均随访 18个月 (6～ 39个月 )。疗效按 Dienst功能评估标准 :优 31例 ,良 15例 ,可 4例 ,优良率占 92 %。结论　经皮克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折 ,是一种损伤小 ,缓解疼痛好 ,康复锻炼早 ,功能恢复满意的手术 ,且合并症少 ,医疗费用低 ,毋须住院。Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for unstable distal radial fractures.Methods There were 50 cases had been followed up, 22 males and 28 females.The average age was 52 years(16～86 years).Types of fractures:36 Colles′, 10 Barton′s and 4 Simith′s.Procedure:the fragments were internally fixed with 3-4 Kirschner wires inserted from the radial side to the ulnar side percutaneously with desired manual reduction under the C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy.Results Out of total 63 cases, 50 were followed up for an average period of 18 months(6-39 months).Functional evaluation according to Dienst Category:31 cases were in excellent group;15 in good group and 4 in fair group, and the total efficacy rate was 92 %.Conclusion Percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for unstable distal radial fractures is a procedure with minor damage, good relief of pain, being capable of early rehabilitative exercise and satisfactory functional recovery.Furthermore, it is seldom complicated, little costs and the patients needn′t be hospitalized, therefore, it is an efficacious therapy for popularization in hospitals at the basic level.
