自体缝匠肌桥接狗股神经缺损的进一步实验研究

摘　　要：用自体游离自然变性缝匠肌为肌桥,缝接9只狗股神经缺损3cm;术后10个月切取桥接神经部位,并将其分成神经近段(正常神经部位)、肌桥段、神经远段(再生神经部位)和远、近端缝合段等5个部分。常规制成光、电镜标本,Luzex—F图像分析仪测定。结果无髓和有髓神经纤维均获得再生成功。神经近段与远段内的有髓神经纤维,在数量上没有明显差异,但神经近段一般均较神经远段粗,而神经远段的神经纤维密度较近段的大。由此可进一步证实长肌纤维组成的缝匠肌,确实是一个具有适宜神经再生条件的肌肉,可为临床应用提供一个神经再生效果好,且取材容易的桥接物。Natural degenerative sartorius muscles were used to bridge nine dogs' 3cm defect of femoral nerve. The bridged part was incised at ten months postoperation. which was divided into five segments:proximal segment (normal part),bridged, distal segment (regenerative part), proximal and distal sutured segments. They were respectively made into optical and electrical preparations routinely, and then determined through LUZEX-F image analysis machine. The result reached:either myelinated nerve fibres or unmyelinated nerve fibres regenerated successfully. There was no obvious difference in quantity of myelinated nerve fibre between the proximal and distal segments but proximal nerve fiber was greater than distal one in diameter and less in density. From above, sartorius muscle consisted of long muscle fibers is exactly the proper one suitable to premise of nerve regeneration, and offers an effective , easy-abtainable bridging graft to nerve regeneration.
