摘　　要：金窝子矿区内产有石英脉型金窝子金矿和构造蚀变岩型210金矿两座中型金矿床及许多金矿（化）点。金窝子岩体是金窝子金矿床的直接围岩，在金矿的形成中起着重要作用．通过对金窝子岩体的成因、地质特征及含矿性较全面的分析、对比及总结，探讨了矿区及区域找矿方向．Two middle-scaled gold deposits, i. e. Jinwozi gold deposit of quartz-vein type and gold deposit 201 of tectonoaltered rock type occur in Jinwozi ore district as well as many occurences of gold mineralization.Jinwozi body as a direct country rocks of Jinwozi gold deposit plays a very important role in the formation of Jinwozi gold deposit. Following a whole analysis, correlation and summary of the genesis, geological charac-teristics and ore potentiality of Jinwozi body a discussion is given of the prospecting target of the ore districtand the region.
