摘　　要：采用猪囊尾蚴抗原免疫纯系家兔制备免疫兔血清,以酶联免疫印渍(ELIB)法检测40例脑囊虫病人血清中循环抗原。脑囊虫病人分别出现1条～4条 特异反应带,各带分子量分别为53.0、23.0、19.0、17.5 KD;各带出现率分别为90.0％、75.0％、67.5％和87.5％。20例单纯绦虫病患者和20例正常人,除1例绦虫病人呈交叉反应(19.0KD)外均为阴性。结果表明来源广、制备方便的免疫兔血清检测诊断脑囊虫病具有较高的特异性和敏感性。An enzyme-linked immunobotting (ELIB) technique was developed for the detection of circulating antigen(CAg) in sera from 40 patients with cerebral cysticercosis. In each case there occurred 1-4 specific reaction zones,the molecular weights seperately being 53. 0,23. 0, 19. 0, 17. 5 KD. The occurrence rates of the zones were seperately 90. 0% ,75. 5% ,67. 5% and 87. 5 . Sera from 20 healthy controls and 20 cases with cestodes were detected with ELIB. All but one sample with cestodes were negative. So ELIB with antibodies in rabbit anti-larval antiserum is senitive and specific for detection and diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis.
