摘 要:利用磁场及磁处理水对核酸、蛋白质紫外光吸收的影响,选择生物磁学治疗中合适的磁场强度和作用时间的研究。实验结果显示在100、150mT场强下,磁场组、磁处理水组DNA、RNA和蛋白质溶液的紫外光吸收值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);75mT场强时,磁处理水组DNA、RNA在260nm波长,光吸收值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);100mT场强,磁场组对DNA的影响明显低于磁处理水组,对RNA的影响高于磁处理水组(P<0.05);150mT场强,磁场组对RNA的影响明显低子磁处理水组(P<0.05)。To select the proper magnetic filed intensity and effective time in biomagnetic.treatment by the effects of magnetic field and magnetism-treated water on the ultraviolet absorption of nucleic acid and protein solution. The result of experiment showed that under 150 mT and 100 mT the ultraviolet absorption of DNA, RNA and protein solution in the magnetic field group and magnetism-treated-water group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); Under 75 mT and 260 nm,the ultraviolet absorption of DNA and RNA was obviously higher in the magnetism-treated-water group than that in the control group(P< 0. 05);Under 100 mT the magnetic field produced greater effects on RNA but less effects on DNA than the magnetism-treated water 5 Under 150 mT the magnetic field produced less effect on RNA than the magnetism-treated water.
