联苯苄唑洗液的稳定性试验及有效期预测

摘　　要：采用不同条件下的加速试验法,对联苯苄唑洗液的外观形状、pH值及含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:40℃加速试验3个月,其外观无明显变化,pH值及含量不变;60℃加速试验21d,含量仍在标示量的90％以上;100℃加速试验4h含量不变。充分证明联苯苄唑洗液稳定性较好,有效期可暂定2年。Objective:To study the stability and useful life of bifonazole lo-tiones. Methods: variations of shapes and properties > pH and content of bifonazole lotiones were observed by accelerated test under different conditions. Results:There were no changes in shape,pH and content at 40 C after 3 months;The content was still over 90% of marker content at 60 C ,after 21 days ; The content remained unchanged at 100 C after 4 hours. Conclusion : The stability of bifonazole lotiones is rather good and the useful life can be estimated for 2 years for the time being.
