降脂药膳治疗飞行人员高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：将62例高脂血症飞行人员随机分为治疗组（应用降脂药膳治疗）和对照组（应用降脂平糖衣片治疗）进行疗效比较观察。通过疗程前后血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密变脂蛋白固固醇（HDL-C）的检测表明,治疗组经治疗后血脂下降明显,与治疗前比较显差异著性（P<0.05）;治疗组与对照组之间无显著性差异（P>0.05）,提示降脂药膳具有与降脂平糖衣片同样的治疗效果。Object:To prepare antifat medicated diet for dietetic treatment of pilots with hyperlipidemia. Method: Sixty-two patients with hyperlipidermia were divided at random into two groups,one group treated with antifat medicated diet and the other group with nafenopin sugar-coated tablets as control. The curative effects of the medicated diet on TC,TG,HDL-C were observed. Result:The total effectiverates were 92. 3% (TC) and 69. 2% (TG);TC and TG ran down markedly and HDL-C went up after treatment with significant differences(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). There was no marked difference in the effective rates in clinic between the two groups(P>0. 05). It is suggested that this medicated diet regulates the metablism of fat.
