模拟飞行条件下对大鼠某些生化指标的影响

摘　　要：采用wistar大鼠36只,模拟飞行条件下检测血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、肌酐、尿素氮的含量。实验结果表明5000m高空低压不缺氧条件下与空白对照组比较,胆固醇、血糖、肌酐、尿素氮的含量没有变化,甘油三酯有显著差异(P<0.01);而加速度时,除血糖没有变化外,其它4项指标均有显著差异(P<0.01)。提示飞行人员应多进食高营养食物,以供机体需要。The contents of serum TCHO,TG,GLU,Cr,BUN were determined in 36 Wistar rats under the condition of simulated fiying.The results showed that at the altitude of 5 000 m, compared with the controls,there was no change in the content of serum TCHO,GLU,Cr and BUN,but a significant difference (P<0. 01) in the content of TG;during acceleration all the biochemical indexesbut GLU were notably changed (P<0.01). This phenomenon demonstrates that aviators should have foods of high nutritive value.
