摘 要:为探讨各种疾病引起的胸腹水中胆汁酸含量变化及临床应用价值,笔者应用胆汁酸双酶法试剂盒在全自动生化分析仪上对284例各种胸腹水进行总胆汁酸测定。结果显示因肝脏疾病引起胸腹水中胆汁酸含量明显高于非肝脏疾病,且有显著性差异(u=14.42,P<0.01);胸腹水胆汁酸含量的测定对肝源性与非肝源性胸腹永有鉴别诊断、病情监测、预后判断等重要意义。To study the level change of total bile acids in various diseased ascitic and pleural effusion and its value of clinical appliance. Methods: Reagent kit of total bile acids enzymatic method with automatic Analyzer Model 7150 was used to measure total bile acids of 284 cases of various ascitic and pleural effusions. Results :Total bile acids in ascitic and pleural effusion due to hepatic disorder were higher than those in ascitic and pleural effusion due to non-hepatic disor-ders(u = 14. 42,P<0. 05). Conclusion: Determination of total bile acids in ascitic and pleural effusion is important for differential diagnosis of hepatic or non-hehatic ascitic and pleural effusion,monitoring illness and judging prognosis.
