摘　　要：体操规则是指导运动员训练实践的准绳，通过对体操新规则的分析，根据男子体操在难度、编排的变化，在执行新规则中，教练员和运动员如何去适应新规则，并提出解决的对策。Gymnastic regulation is player training practise criterion, the paper got pass gymnastic new regulation to analyse, on the basis of men gymnastic in difficult,arrange change to carry new regulation coach and player how to adopt new regulation and to solve the way to dealwith a situation
