摘　　要：本文试图用系统科学中有关通过反馈调控来实现系统整体优化的观点,分析怎样的所有制形式,才能使经济系统最好地运行,创造最佳的经济效果,并在此基础上探讨我国社会主义市场经济需要什么样的所有制形式.On the basis of realizing the system optimization as a whole by means of feedback regu-lauon in systems science.we anaiyses that which forms of ownership enable the economysystem ro operate best and achieve best economie result.We also discusses that which formsof ownership are needed for the socialist market economy in china.
